The Punjab Assembly on Tuesday passed a resolution against Indian atrocities and demanded the international community to play its role in this regard. The House also passed unanimous resolution for easing the process of buying of wheat.

The House extended the date of report of giving powers of issuing production order to the speaker for one month. The report regarding performance of the city traffic police was presented in the House.

According to the report, no issue of traffic block was witnessed for last many years. The city traffic police are using 13 years old cars which are out of order. The department punished 3513 employees on misconduct.

The report regarding VIP security was also presented in the House. According to the report, 111 police men were deputed for the security of Governor Punjab while only four policemen were deputed for the security of chief executive of the province and one policeman was deputed on the house of speaker.
